Hi James,

 

I just wanted to thank you for putting me on to Falkland Performance for fitting the Quaife to my 330i. Apart from the glitch with the incorrect part being stocked, everything seems to have gone smoothly with the installation.

 

This was the first time I'd used Falkland Performance and I'm happy to say that the service I received from them was very good - communications were good before and during fitting, the car seems to have been looked after, and they made it easy for me to travel from/to their premises by providing a loan vehicle for no extra charge.

 

Hope that the partnership continues to be successful, and needless to say I am very happy with the diff itself - in conjunction with the major suspension changes that Birds made for me last July, my BMW now drives like a proper RWD, really a very capable machine.
