Let’s face it. Having to service your BMW is always a painful experience. It seems like an expense you could well avoid. Then when you approach your BMW Dealer, service is inflexible, and labour costs are expensive and vary.
Our organisation has a history with BMW going back to 1974. Our dedication to providing a perfect BMW service hasn’t changed through the years. Within the Birds team, our 5 technical staff have an average of 24 years experience in BMW technical, engineering and dealership environments. Our youngest technician has 8 years BMW experience and our most “mature” has no less than 34 years.
By using only genuine BMW parts, Birds BMW service work conforms to BMW service technical mandates, and your BMW warranty is 100% maintained.
Our new independent Birds BMW service centre in Iver (near Heathrow/West London) is equipped with the latest tooling, tuning and diagnostic machinery, enabling us to carry out far more than just routine service and maintenance work. We offer a free collection and delivery service in certain areas, including Bourne End, Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield, Chalfont St Peter, Denham, Uxbridge, Langley, Marlow, Bicester and many more. Many of our customers come in from London as nearby there are direct lines that go straight back, meaning they can have their BMW serviced without disrupting their busy lifestyles. We do also offer a collection and delivery service for our London based customers, although we have to charge for this.
Birds BMW service labour rates are less than half that of local dealer rates, yet you will actually get the quality of workmanship from a BMW master or senior technician, rather than an apprentice. Every job is monitored and quality controlled, irrespective of how simple it appears. We deal with problems that dealers won’t often solve without resorting to the installation of lots of expensive BMW parts.
You have direct access to technical experts, no hanging on the phone or being forced to speak to a receptionist who has no knowledge of BMW cars, their operation or the customers’ needs. We enjoy personally caring for your BMW. We are honest, diligent, capable and competent.
