Loving the quaife already! It feels so much better, so much more predicable when the back breaks away.
I used drive with the Dynamic Stability Control on the Sport+ setting before, because the car didn’t give me enough confidence with it turned completely off. But now I have it turned off all the time, and drives much better for it.

Birds BMW have invested in over 100 brand new rear axle differentials straight from BMW’s warehouse, which are now all available on their newly opened eBay shop. You will find applications to fit E30/E32/E36/E38 models from the E30 3 Series right up to the E38 7 Series, prices ranging from as low as £360 to almost £1000. These differentials, if you were to buy them in this type of condition or from BMW themselves, would cost between £1500 to £2000.

Just a quick note to say that I’m very happy with the mods you made to my 440 today. The gear change has improved immeasurably - shifts are shorter and the feel is much more mechanical. I adapted to the heavier clutch almost immediately. The LSD appears to have given the car much better traction on bumpy roads - it drives out of corners better and is more confidence inspiring. Overall, I’m very pleased - thank you to you and your team for achieving this improvement.
Autocar and Birds have collaborated over the past 6 months on a project car, a BMW F21 M135i, by upgrading many different aspects of the model which are all included in the Birds B1 Complete Conversion package.
The contents of the Birds B1 Complete Conversion:
"Our M135i out-punches the M2 by 25bhp and 51lb ft of torque, so it feels stronger through the mid-range and more urgent near the redline. But with less power to deploy to the road, and wider tyres with which to do it, the M2 does have better traction..."

Just a quick note to thank you and your staff for the work done on the car, it does indeed feel a different vehicle, the crashing about over bumps and jumping around has disappeared, the engine throttle response is much improved as is the power.
I got back here last night around 10.15pm, hoping I have not triggered any bloody speed cameras.
All being well I will return the car to you early on the 9th March for the brakes, if its ok I will wait while they are done, I can always go for a walk to pass the time.
